A machine's lifespan is decided not by noise, but by vibration. We trap that vibration inside the rubber — in the metro, in compressors, in generators, even in our customer's drawing.

Vibration Mounts
Damps the vibration and structure-borne noise that industrial machines transmit into the floor, right at the source. Produced in five forms, Type A through Type E; each form is designed for a different load type and mounting scenario.

Rubber-to-Metal Parts
The customer's technical drawing is our production order. Custom parts in which rubber is bonded to metal by vulcanisation, in steel and aluminium combinations; from drawing to mould, from mould to series production.

Compressor & Generator Mounts
The high-frequency vibration produced by compressors and generators is absorbed in the rubber mass of the mount before it reaches the chassis. The result: less noise, longer machine life.

Third-Rail Insulator
In metro and rail systems it separates the energised third rail from the ground, both electrically and mechanically. The current stays in the rail; the load is carried by the insulator. Our original design is registered.

Founded in a crisis year,
grown in spite of it.
2008. The year the world economy shook, we started production in the Bursa Organised Industrial Zone. While everyone else was shrinking, we were cutting moulds — because the best way to damp a vibration is to be a mass that can stand against it.
Today Yağız Lastik Sanayi manufactures rubber and rubber-to-metal parts and exports them across Türkiye and around the world, as an industrial producer with registered designs. From vibration mounts to third-rail insulators, we produce in five categories.
Our direction is set: to become an environmentally responsible global manufacturer holding every quality certificate and to carry our sector forward.
2008
Founded
In the year of the global financial crisis, the first press went into operation at Bursa OSB Demirciler Sitesi.
2010
Opening to the world
Our website went live; the first contacts with international markets were made and exports began.
